Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made on www.ntahuga.com.
1. Right of withdrawal
For online purchases, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify the decision.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to: contact@ntahuga.com indicating:
- their first and last name;
- their order number;
- the product concerned;
- clear willingness to withdraw.
2. Return conditions
The product must be returned:
- in its original condition;
- unused;
- undamaged;
- complete;
- properly protected for transport.
The Customer is responsible for packaging the returned product.
3. Return costs
Direct return costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of Seller error, defective product, or product damaged upon receipt.
The Customer must retain proof of return shipment.
4. Return address
Returns must be sent to the following address:

5. Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within a reasonable time, via the same payment method used at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund covers the price of the returned product and, where applicable, the initial standard delivery fees.
Additional fees resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered are not reimbursed.
6. Products excluded from return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products personalised at the Customer’s request. This concerns in particular:
- books with personalised named dedications;
- copies specially prepared according to the Customer’s instructions;
- any made-to-order product.
These products are neither taken back nor refunded, except for defect, error, or damage attributable to the Seller.
7. Damaged or defective book received
If the Customer receives a damaged, defective, or transport-damaged book, they must contact the Seller at contact@ntahuga.com as soon as possible.
The message must contain:
- the order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photos of the book;
- photos of the outer and inner packaging.
After analysis, the Seller may offer:
- sending a new copy;
- a refund;
- a commercial gesture;
- any other amicable solution.
8. Order error
If the Customer receives a product different from the one ordered, the Seller will cover the return costs and offer to send the correct product or a refund.
9. Pre-orders
For pre-orders, the Customer may request cancellation and refund as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, the ordinary rules of return and withdrawal apply.
